The role
Reporting to our Marketing and Communications Director you will help to deliver the digital plans to increase the relevance of all our Blenheim brands through tailored digital communication strategies. Analytics is crucial to our digital marketing efforts, you will be using creativity and intelligence to elevate our digital marketing, continuously testing to ensure our digital marketing is effective and impactful and that Blenheim is always ahead of the curve.
What you need to succeed in the role
Given the diverse nature of the business, we're looking for someone who is a strong generalist digital marketeer, well rounded, organised and skilled both from a technical and commercial perspective. We need an applicant with the skills to look at both the wider picture and the technical details.
Other qualities, skills and experience we're looking for include:
- Hands-on experience in digital marketing management.
- The ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Experience in all digital areas including websites, email marketing, data segmentation and audience analysis.
- Strong social media channels and advertising skills.
- SEO experience.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Strong critical thinking and quantitative analysis skills.
- Excellent presentation and reporting skills to organise and present campaign results.
- Experience in search, social, and display marketing.
The salary is circa £40,000 per annum.
This is a full-time permanent position based in Woodstock with some flexibility for the right applicant.
