Key Responsibilities
As a Works Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the site works are carried out safely and efficiently, in accordance with prescribed contract, design, client and project specific requirements. You will control the project schedule to ensure timely and economical completion and liaise with the management team on construction activities. You will be responsible for maintaining records of daily site activities and keeping records and reports up-to-date as well as suggesting any relevant improvements in site operations.
What do we need from you?
You will have previous experience in a similar role and be able to demonstrate knowledge and practical application of Site Construction as well as the ability to manage a team.
