Site Manager in Surrey
Our client is a five-star housebuilder and have been building top quality homes for over forty years, focused on giving every customer top service.
The successful candidate will be reporting to the Project Manager on site. The 100-unit site currently has 20 completions while the additional units are in various build stages.**
Role & Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Project Manager
- To comply with the clients' Build Policy and Procedures
- Ensure working methods are performed correctly
- Ensure that health and safety standards are maintained
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience as a Site Manager
- Previous and recent experience within the residential sector on multiple unit sites
- SMSTS / CSCS / First Aid at Work
