Mogden Sewage Treatment Works Resilience is a £66m Design, Construct and Commissioning Project to enable the facility to reliably meet its flow and quality consents. This involves the upgrade of particular parts of the facility by bolstering the exiting process, replacing equipment as well as bringing control of equipment and process in line with the current asset standards.

Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for a team where you may need to support them with commercial and contractual advice. You will be ensuring cash flow is maximised, providing commercial input, ensuring the team exceeds KPI's, preparing monthly cost reports and managing sub-contractors. Not forgetting to assess, review and mitigate commercial and contractual risks and implement Kier Group's policies for risk management.

You will have proven experience in a similar role and have strong organisation and communication skills with the ability to effectively manage a team.
