I am looking to appoint a Roofer on a permanent basis into a leading Housing contractor, to work in and around Leeds.
My client looks after contracts on behalf of Councils and Housing Associations and they have an exciting new opportunity for a Roofer to join their team on a permanent basis.
We are looking for a time served Roofer who has worked on several domestic contracts across their career.
Day to day duties will include but are not limited to:
- Dealing with roofing defects
- Replacing tiles
- General roof repairs
- Pointing and rebuilding chimneys where needed
- Liaising with customers when working on the job, giving them all relevant information, time frames and drawings if needs be
My client is looking to offer a very competitive package: £29k basic with earning potential of up to £33k based on incentives and bonuses + company van + company benefits.
