Position: Operations Manager - Service
Location: Dublin 12
Salary: Negotiable DOE
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Managing the scheduling of engineers to attend PPMs, SLAs and contracted works.
- Maximising engineer utilisation through efficient scheduling and organisation.
- Responsible for ensuring that all maintenance reports are forwarded to our clients or to the estimating team if remedial works are required.
- Ensuring that all customers are provided with risk assessments and method statements (RAMS) and any other information required for each job.
- Ensuring that the service division is liaising with the warehouse and/or purchasing to ensure all parts required for any order are available when required.
- Ensuring all purchasing and invoicing is correctly processed.
- Liaising continually with our customers before, during and after works to ensure satisfaction.
- Implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Liaise with sales to forecast and help drive revenue growth within the division.
- Day to day management of engineers.
- Responsible for implementing all orders on the order banks.
- Ensure all parts sent to site are correct.
- Day to day management of the internal and external.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 2 years' experience of managing a busy operations department
- Experienced people manager
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Time management and organisational skills
- Leadership skills
- Drive for continuous improvement
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem Solving
