Seeking an Environmental Manager with knowledge of client focus environment and implementing strategic planning to improve standards and help lead the construction of Data Centre and Commercial projects across London. Manage and provide the company with competent Environmental & Sustainability advice and work as the Client facing part of the business. Roles and responsibility:

  • Manage and provide the company with competent Environmental & Sustainability advice and information.
  • Educate others and work at the Client facing part of the business for these areas.
  • Assist in the development of the EMS and ensure continuous improvement.
  • Ensuring compliance to regulatory and best practice standards
  • Assist the company with documentation systems and complete assessments/inspections
  • Be involved in internal & external audit processes
  • Assist projects with their Environmental & Sustainability requirements
  • Assist the HSEQ department with all auditing requirements where needed.
  • Environmental documentation such as aspects and impacts assessments
  • Identifying key performance indicators
  • Advising business on new methods /technology
  • Support the projects and offices in environmental matters
  • Support bids and tenders and assist in the development of environmental plans
  • Involved in training programmes, and having knowledge of different training techniques

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years' experience of similar role
  • Knowledge of client focus environment and implementing strategic planning to improve standards
  • HSEQ Department function experience
  • Communication/written/Verbal skills of a high calibre
  • Display high levels of initiative, tenacity and self-motivation
  • IEMA Practitioner Member
  • Degree within an environmental discipline is preferred
  • Internal Auditor
  • Knowledge of BREEAM
