I am looking to appoint a painter in the Sunderland area, on an ongoing basis, in the public sector.

Here at Daniel Owen, we are looking to hire painters to work on several contracts in the North East.
Contracts could include:

Void properties - basic repairs before a new tenant.
Occupied Properties - working on a responsive repair basis, some damp proofing may be required.
Internals and externals- dealing with masonry work, pebble dashing, garden walls and fences that may need painting
Painting walls after plastering work

Must have CSCS card, a driving license and time served in the trade.

Approx 37 hours at £14 p/h.
