A senior level opportunity with a specialist construction firm based in Birmingham.
This highly successful firm is undergoing a period of change bringing considerable opportunity for future development of their offer both locally and further afield. I'm looking for a highly accomplished business manager and leader from a Construction background for this role. We anticipate the successful candidate will currently hold a senior position within a Construction Consultancy at Associate / Director level or above, and be looking for the right opportunity to take a leadership role in heading up a Birmingham team.
This is a highly successful firm financially that can offer significant scope for future progress. There is a generous remuneration package on offer with further incentives alongside this development. You will be heading up the business here in Birmingham which sits within a larger multinational group.
This role will also involve an element of service delivery and will therefore require a chartered construction project management professional being most likely from a construction consultancy or client side background. On a typical project you would appoint and manage the design team and continue to work closely with the client and key stakeholders through to completion. You would be supported by an internal Project Manager responsible for the various packages as the project moves through the management contracting route.
