Site Manager - REQUIRED!

The Company:
The company are a building and construction firm who are currently operating on several projects across the UK, including new builds and commercial builds. As a Site Manager with the firm, you will be expected to carry out a wide range of duties including managing the Trades and Labour staff on site, liaising with the end client and first response for First Aid.

The Opportunity:
Site Operative will be based on the current site they have in Nottingham for 36 weeks on a student accommodation. Candidates will be required to have a background in Site Management within the Building and Construction Industry.

The Role / Experience & Responsibilities:
The company is looking for Site Manager who want to work long term with the potential of future contract offers coming from the firm afterwards. You will be expected to work from 8:00am - 5:00pm on site, Friday through Monday. To be considered for the role, the following experience and certifications will be sought after:

  • MUST have CSCS/SMSTS/First Aid
  • REQUIRED to have a Site Management background in the Building and Construction industry
  • MUST have ability to get to site in Nottingham.
  • REQUIRED to wear Full PPE (hard hat, High Vis & Safety boots)
  • MUST have working reference
  • MUST have the right to work in the UK

This role is an initial 36 weeks on site in Nottingham on a new build student accommodation, paying £27.00 per hour via CIS. A fantastic opportunity to work with a well-established Groundworks firm with plenty of work and potential for future contract offers.
