JOB DESCRIPTION:
Caretaker required in Longsite for an immediate start. Our client is looking for a caretaker to join the team on a static site in Longsite.
This caretaker role will be on an ongoing contract basis, the role will be 35 hours a week Monday-Friday.
This role will be on a split shift basis as follows:
0645 - 1015am and 1445 - 1815 Monday - Friday
Daily responsibilities will include:
?Minor maintenance duties on site
?Fabric work
?Key holder and duties
