Transport & Logistics Supervisor Full time Breedon on the Hill, Derby

Breedon are seeking a customer service orientated Supervisor to join our growing Transport & Logistics team.

Based at our Head Office within easy access of East Midlands Airport, this is a perfect opportunity for an experienced administrator looking for the next step in their career or someone looking for a new challenge to get stuck into!

We are looking for a bright and friendly person who is keen to get stuck in and engage with a rapidly growing part of our business. You will have excellent attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities, as well as good communication skills with the ability to build rapport with our colleagues and customers.

You will lead the team in their day-to-day duties and supervise their activities

The key responsibilities are:

  • Liaise and collaborate with the transport and distribution teams.
  • Maintain and administer legal compliance documents and our data systems, keeping them up to date.
  • Handle calls and queries, giving prompt resolutions.
  • Administer haulier accounts, process purchase order & produce reports as required.
  • Be the main point of contact for a small team of transport & logistics administrators

    • You must have a good working knowledge of Excel and have administration experience, preferably with a background in construction or transport and logistics.
