Senior Interior Designer Job in Farringdon, London

Senior Interior Designer with Revit proficiency required to join an employee-owned traditional workplace design firm in Farringdon, London. The practice is looking for a talented Senior Interior Designer to work alongside a wider team of designers and project managers to create contemporary office interiors for clients across the globe. The role is offering a competitive salary of up to £60,000 plus additional benefits and hybrid working flexibility.

Our client has over 30 years' experience working within the commercial sector, creating engaging and people-focused interiors that strengthen their client's branding and culture. The practice focuses on developing innovative and unique solutions for their clients, driving their businesses forward, and creating environments that support their objectives and engage their staff. Revit experience is a key requirement for this position.

Role & Responsibilities

  • To create and draft technical drawings in Revit
  • Work alongside the wider team to establish and select FF&E for projects
  • Space planning and feasibility studies
  • Cost estimating and budget management
  • Manage/mentor join members of the team
  • Liaise with clients to understand space requirements and design intent

Required Skills & Experience

  • Competent Revit, Adobe Suite and MS Office user
  • Proven background in commercial/workplace design (5+ years)
  • Experience managing a small team
  • Strong knowledge of all stages of the design process, from concept through to installation
  • Understanding and knowledge of building regulations, construction documents, and contract administration
  • Degree in Architecture or Interior Design, desirable
