Contract: Permanent, full time - 5 days out of 7

Salary: £10.43 per hour - 37.5 hours per week + shift allowance & unsociable hours pay

Our Kier Places teams work in partnership with North West Anglia NHS Foundation Trust and are currently looking to recruit a Porter Team Leader. The successful post-holder will be employed by the Trust and managed by Kier.


Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Soft Services Manager, the Porter Team Leader will manage the Porters ensuring that all daily and reactive tasks are completed.

Working with the other team leaders, you will ensure that all training, toolbox talks and appraisals are completed within the required time scale, as well as carry out security walks and be responsible for opening and locking the building when required.


What do we need from you?

The ideal Team Leader will have previous supervisory/people management experience, as well as the ability to coordinate rotas, and carry out the duties of a Porter as well as a Team Leader, including heavy lifting & movement.
