Flexible Working - full-time, part-time (temporary and permanent)

If you're keen, passionate, and friendly, we want to hear from you. No previous experience is required as full training will be provided. We can be flexible and accommodate you.

Searcy's operates several dining establishments in the magnificent setting of Blenheim Palace, including the Orangery Restaurant and Blenheim cafés. We have a number of full-time and part-time opportunities available to join the team in providing excellent service and hospitality to our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that customers receive a prompt and efficient service at all times, exceeding expectations
  • Ensure that all food is presented and conforms to company standards
  • Adhere to company Hygiene, Health & Safety and Environmental policies, attending training where necessary
  • To be an ambassador to the business, and show commitment to company values

Specific responsibilities:

  • Café areas: Food and beverage service, beverage preparation, product replenishment, clearing and washing up
  • Orangery Restaurant: Food and beverage service, laying and clearing tables and cutlery cleaning

About you:

We are looking for people who are friendly and confident, with a passion for food and delivering high-quality customer service. Also:

  • Able to work on own initiative and well-organised
  • Able to work effectively in a team
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Smart in appearance with an approachable nature
  • Have an interest in contributing to your own career development via training
