I am working with a well know Property Maintenance contractor to help appoint an experienced Site Manager to look after a portfolio of Void properties in the Durham area.
My client is a leading contractor based in the North East and they are looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to look after a portfolio of void property work. With this, they expect that the successful candidate will manage the team of tradesmen and subcontractors accordingly to ensure turnover time is being reached.
Ideally, they are looking for somebody who can work both out on site and in the office dealing with paperwork, dealing with invoices and sending emails to third parties accordingly.
My client has also expressed an interest in the right candidate being able to measure up and help with any basic trade work if needed.
We are looking to interview ASAP with a start date of the first or second week of January. This is a permanent position with an annual salary of £30k + van + company benefits.
