Protocol have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic full time permanent Agriculture Lecturer, to join our client's dynamic team based in Northamptonshire.

Our client have exceptional facilities and an extensive range of practical resources available. The college has nearly 500 hectares of commercially farmed estate, including an arable enterprise of wheat, grass, oats, and many more crop types, and livestock.


The ideal candidate has in depth knowledge of crops and soil science, and be educated to HNC level or have equivalent vocational experience within an agricultural discipline. You will be genuinely passionate about farming and agriculture and the latest industry developments.


Role responsibilities
Delivery and development of various agricultural courses

The person & qualifications
Hold a recognised teaching qualification, or be willing to work towards one
Industry experience
Educated up to HNC in a relevant area
