Daniel Owen North are currently recruiting for Assistant Site Managers for 2 upcoming developments in South Yorkshire. The ideal candidate will have experience with either a regional or national house builder with 4* developers and above. You will be working alongside an experienced Site Manager but with good opportunities to take on more responsibility and progress through to a Site Manager.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Management of trades & subcontractors
  • Oversight of H&S
  • Inductions
  • Customer Care
  • Preparing snag sheets
  • Preparing plots for CML

You must have...

  • SMSTS
  • First Aid
  • CSCS
  • Experience within the house building sector
