Due to an increase in workload, our client is seeking an experienced setting out engineer to start on 24th November on their project in Holt for a duration of 20 weeks.

The hours of work are 0730 - 1700 Monday to Friday and candidate will required SSSTS Or SMSTS, 3 day first aid at work and a cscs card. ideally the candidate will have their own robotic tool station althugh one could be supplied if necessary but a laptop with CAD and a mobile phone are essential for work purposes.

The project will be site based for the duration.

The scope of works includes:

* Control of all setting out for delivery of the sub structure and superstructure element of the new building.
* Control of all setting out for delivery of external works associated with the reconstruction of the retail area car park local to the mains service infrastructure elements.
* Supervision and checking of all subcontractor delivered elements to ensure correct locations and levels are achieved.
* All external works, surface water and foul water drainage final connections.
* Site wide channel drains / gullies & mains service infrastructure elements.
* Producing as-built surveys and record of mains service, pavings and roadways etc.
* Assisting ith Site Managemen duties for monitoring safe delivery and quality contraiol of the civils related elements.

To be considered for this role, you will need to demonstrate:

* Degree, Bachelors, MSc or HND in Civil Engineering
* Experience of working in a main contractor environment
* Hold a valid CSCS certification
* Own Equipment is preferred.
