Business Development Director Job in Bedfordshire
Experienced Business Development Director required to join a growing workplace design & build firm based in Leighton Buzzard, Bedfordshire. The role will see you managing and working with a sales team to establish new clients across the UK and build upon existing relationships with existing clients. You will need to be a current Business Development Director position or similar to be considered. The role is offering a salary of up to £100,000 + profit share + hybrid working.
This family-owned business has a talented team of designers, project managers, and support staff with a wealth of experience in the workplace sector. The business operates from three offices in the south and are currently a team of just over 30. The role will see you involved in developing new and existing client relationships and driving a sales team to hit targets and assist in the growth of the business throughout the UK.
Role & Responsibilities
- To develop new client relationships and nurture existing clients
- To develop and maintain a pipeline of work that meets/exceeds company targets
- Manage and develop the sales team to achieve targets
- Client meetings/visits and presentations
Required Skills & Experience
- Prior experience in a Business Development Director position or similar
- Proven experience generating leads from a variety of sources
- Able to manage relationships at a senior level
- Experience managing social media channels to increase lead generation/awareness
- Full UK Driving Licence and ability to travel
