Our client is looking for a General Administrator for an immediate start in Oxford.

Requirements for this role:

  • Administrator with experience ideally in construction
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Organisational and Time management skills
  • Ability to work to strict deadlines

Duties:

  • Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
  • Full administrative support to the site teams
  • Control of documents
  • Preparing, organising and storing information in paper and digital form.
  • Dealing with queries on the phone and by email.
  • Assisting with day to day admin such as scanning, filling, managing H&S paperwork
  • Managing diaries & scheduling meeting

*Due to the office being based in city centre there is no parking, however the public transport is very good*
