Senior Project Manager Job near Wigan
This is a new opportunity for a Senior Project Manager with experience delivering river restoration projects or similar and/or general water sector repair and maintenance projects in the North West.
My client is a nationwide Civil Engineering contractor within the water and environmental sector and are spread across 11 offices. Due to winning new contracts with their key clients, they are now seeking a Senior Project Manager to deliver river restoration and water sector projects in the North West. You will be based from their regional office near Wigan and will need to travel to sites across the whole of the North West.
Role & Responsibilities
- Responsible for delivering multiple projects at once and overall contract
- Ensuring projects are kept within budget
- Ensuring health & safety is kept to the highest standards
- Exceptional communication skills with all stakeholders
- Commercial aware
- Risk management
- Assist the Framework Delivery Manager
Required Skills & Experience
- Ideally 5+ years industry experience in a management role
- Experience delivering river restoration projects or civils water sector projects
- Commercial aware (ideally NEC contract experience)
- Full driving licence
