Job Title: Senior Project Manager

Contract: 12-month Fixed Term Contract

We are now recruiting for a Senior Project Manager to join our Utilities team in Norwich to manage and oversee the work of your team. At Kier we don't only manage projects that are beneficial for the employees we manage projects for the community, be a part of the future and be a part of it today.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will be mentoring and supporting the team including providing developments plans of new and existing members ensuring the maintenance of a high performing Engineering team.
  • Using your understanding of engineering design promoting or making recommendations for improved asset management, asset health, optimisation or network delivery strategies.
  • You will also use your extensive knowledge of network engineering design, balanced with commercial awareness to conduct all site-based investigations required to promote the optimum design solutions for a portfolio of schemes.
What do we need from you?

  • Ideally the successful candidate will have experience with water distribution systems and water engineering
  • You will also have a good understanding of and experience of the ROV process particularly Root Cause Analysis.
