We are now recruiting for a Administrator to join our Utilities team in Devon to become a vital part in the Kier office.

Key Responsibilities

  • As an Administrator, your role will involve Checking and completing feedback from the Teams to enable the work orders to be submitted, general administration and filing, as well as monitoring and updating various spreadsheets and databases.
What do we need from you?

  • Ability to communicate and verbalize complex information effectively.
    Excellent computer skills with a specific in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple tasks in high-volume, fast-paced work environment.
  • Prioritizes tasks in order to complete them in a timely and accurate manner.
