Full-time, permanent position: Lockington, Derbyshire

Role overview
Breedon are seeking a Collections Supervisor to join our Credit Control Team in Lockington, near Derby. The post holder will effectively manage the order to cash process, and act as business partner to senior management.
Key responsibilities:
- Order to cash process
- Liaison with commercial business
- Process improvement and streamlining
- Coaching of team and performance improvement
- Encouraging a target-driven culture of success
- Effective management of litigation
- Review and authorisation of credit limits
- Enabling trade wherever possible, to maximise profits
- Ensuring the correct controls are applied within the credit function
- Ensuring business understands and works within the defined policies
- Other duties as requested by the line manager
Qualifications:
- Must have a strong background in Credit Control
- Must be able to demonstrate strong leadership principles
- CICM level 3 or above preferred
