Job Title: Area Operations Manager

Business area: Kier Utilities
Contract: Full-time.
We are now recruiting for a Operations Manager to join our Utilities team in Norwich to manage activities that are part of the production services and provide the trust and collaborative approach we excel in at kier.
Key Responsibilities
- To manage revenue and margin in accordance with agreed budgets
- Prepare a detailed delivery plan from the business plan and ensure skilled, competent resources are identified and secured to meet the plan. Plan contract teams, working methods, resources & systems to meet contract requirements & delivery timetable
- Full understanding of current H&S Legislation, water law & water regulation environment & have an awareness of HSWA & CDM.
- Proven ability in delivering business objectives at a strategic level.
- Proven experience in developing best practice.
