Daniel Owen North are currently working with a national main contractor, assisting them with a search for a Commercial Manager. This will be for a project based in Manchester, however this contractor has offices in Yorkshire so time would be spent between site and the office.

The project is a £40m high-rise residential block in central Manchester with a duration of 2 and a half years. The ideal candidate will have experience in a commercial or surveying role within the high rise residential sector.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Financial Management of the project
  • Management of QS's / Surveying team
  • Valuations
  • Financial Reporting
  • Negotiating & Agreeing Contracts
  • Deal with Contractual Issues
  • Chair commercial meetings

My client pay up to £65,000 depending on experience, with a package including car allowance, pension, holidays and healthcare.
