Contract & hours: FTC 21 Months, full time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday - we may be able to offer this role as either full time or part time and offer flexible hours - please specify in your application.
Kier Places are currently looking to recruit a Decant Resident Liaison Officer to support the Contract and Site Managers with ensuring the business provides a customer focused service for all stakeholders involved in a remedial project in Oak Wharf, Hackney.

The role of the Decant Resident Liaison Officer is a vital one. For many residents you will be the first person they meet from Kier. Through your words, action and commitment to giving good service, an impression of the company will be formed in the minds of our customers that will directly reflect on our good name. It is Kier's belief that your role is one of the most critical within the site team, as achieving excellent customer relationships is a main route to repeat business.
As a Decant Resident Liaison Officer, you'll be responsible for liaising with the residents prior to decant or works commencing, detailing the full process & establishing their requirements; consulting resident representatives & groups as necessary; arranging works and surveys appointments; and drive the Decant process with the site teams & contractors in line with all procedures and policies.
We will look to you to facilitate the smooth running of projects by building and maintaining positive relationships between the residents, sub-contractors, client representatives, and the Kier team; as well as reviewing and reporting on provision and satisfaction levels, to ensure exceptional customer service is being delivered.
What do we need from you?
To be a Resident Liaison Officer on this project, we are looking for those who have strong experience as a Resident Liaison Officer with a Planned Works and Decant background, as the nature of these projects are safety critical relating to construction works of occupied buildings, and a high level of organisation is required for the Decant aspect. You should have a strong understanding of relevant legislation & compliance issues surrounding housing & property, with the ability to deal with sensitive & difficult scenarios.
