We are now recruiting for a Customer Services Advisor to join our Utilities team in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire to Work in alliance with one of the leading water utility companies in the UK, this is an exciting opportunity for a passionate customer service advisor.

Key Responsibilities

  • In this role your passion for results will drive performance excellence, happy customers and you'll get a real sense of achievement every day.
  • You will need to be able to work on new systems so be open to learning, we use SAP and Click - you will need to able to provide performance management feedback to several stakeholders, providing statistics for use in demand and resource planning.
  • Managing service delivery failures, non-compliance issues, complex file maintenance will be key along with dealing with complaints, liability claims and complex pass backs to satisfactory conclusions.
What do we need from you?

  • In the role you won't need any specific qualifications, but a proven background in customer service.
  • You will need to be able to communicate over the telephone, as well as being able to show initiative and work as part of a team.
