Job Title: Utilities Technical Support

Location: Ipswich, Sproughton

Business area: Kier Utilities - Anglian Water

Contract: Full-time.

We are now recruiting for a Utilities Technical Support to join our Utilities team in Ipswich, Sproughton to work on our Anglian Water Integrated Metering and Developer Services (IMDS) contract.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will help the team meet our CDM and Water Quality obligations and meet performance goals by assisting with the collation of key Health & Safety and performance documents, while supporting our site activities.
  • You will be assisting with auditing documentation; collating toolbox talks material as well as assist in delivery
  • This role will see you deliver excellent customer service to both customers and stakeholders to ensure any issues are managed and resolved.

What do we need from you?

  • To be successful in the role, you will hold experience within a similar role with a good understanding of Water Quality, CDM and Health & Safety regulations. You will be proficient with Office 365 along with excellent communication and organisations skills.
  • You will also need to hold a Full UK Driving Licence.
