Project Coordinator (Water) Job in Bridgend

My client is a UK wide specialist civil engineering contractor in the water sector. They are currently looking to expand their team in South Wales with the appointment of a Project Coordinator due to the amount of business won on the Welsh Water framework.

This civil engineering contractor have around 250 staff across 11 offices nationwide with frameworks and projects in the water sector and with the Environment agency. In this Project Manager position, you'll be involved in multiple small clean water civils projects with various clients across East Anglia.

Role & Responsibilities

- Responsible for the day-to-day management of health & safety and making sure it's adhered to at all times

- Ensuring projects are kept within budget

- Ensuring quality on site is kept to the highest standards

- Exceptional communication with all stakeholders

- Assist the Project Manager

Required Skills & Experience

- Ideally 2+ years industry experience in a management role

- Water sector or similar experience (clean water experience would be advantageous)

- Experience with RAMS and COSHH documents

- Physically fit to enter confined spaces

- SMSTS or SSSTS

- Full driving licence
