We have a new vacancy for a Relief ReadyMix Driver to join our expanding logistic team based at Northwest The right candidate will be driving a modern company run 32 tonne Mixer truck . The ideal candidate must be flexible and self motivated as no day will be the same. The person will be responsible for covering all Company drivers holidays and sickness within the regions . He/she will also be responsible for Auditing all company based trucks and some day to day admin duties. During quieter periods the company my also ask you get involved with other duties around the Plants , This may include driving the on site loading shovels or general work but full training will be given There may be some possibility of nights away from home covering other regions, but the company will provide you with a Hotel room and meal allowance. ?What’s on offer? Company van and fuel card will be provided. What will you bring? Can work alone or part of a team . Flexible approach to hours as this role will require some weekend and potentially night working. Knowledge of AI Policies and procedures an advantage. Knowledge of concrete desired but not essential. Customer Focused. Good Communication skills required. A valid HGV licence and driver CPC card is required. Good knowledge of working time directive and drivers hours.
