Catfoss Recruitment Ltd are currently in partnership with a growing Architect's practice, who is seeking an experienced Architect to join their team near Coventry.
They focus primarily in the residential sector, from extensions to new builds on projects predominately between £50K - £500K but also up to £2M.
Architect
* You will be exposed to a wide and diverse range of projects, and must be comfortable with managing multiple projects concurrently.
* You will be involved in projects from inception to completion, and be an efficient operator particularly with initial CAD plans and drawings.
* You will possess sound knowledge and understanding of CDM and current Building Regulations
* A proficient user of AutoCAD
* Excellent client/contractor communications skills and experience
* Software proficiency in AutoCAD is a must and Revit is desirable but not essential.
* Experience in a similar role or senior Architectural Technician position is required.
