We are now recruiting for a Supervisor to join our Highways team in Birmingham to oversee employees' performance, provide guidance, support, identify development needs, and manage the reciprocal relationship between staff and the organisation so that each is successful.
Key Responsibilities
Overseeing and the delivery of structural maintenance works, responsible for completion of construction phase plans. Supervision on site and all health safety of works. Responsible for liaison with supply chain and stakeholders. Programme management and update.

- Confident stakeholder management skills
- Experience in a similar role
- Previously managed and motivated teams for optimum output
- Construction, highways maintenance or utilities industry knowledge
