Daniel Owen are currently working with a regional contractor to recruit a Site Manager for a refurbishment project in Beverley. The ideal candidate will have experience in new build & refurbishment projects, have strong communication skills to deal with and build relationships with the end client and be available until the end of June 2022.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage the programme
  • RAMS
  • H&S
  • Inductions
  • Client liaison
  • Chair weekly update meetings
  • Contracts Manager walk-arounds
  • Management of trades & subcontractors

You must have...

  • SMSTS
  • First Aid
  • CSCS card
  • Valid UK Driving License
  • Experience within refurbishment projects
