Mauve Partnership is a partnerships, loyalty and events agency based in Mayfair, London. We have over 30 years of experience designing and deploying global recognition and reward programmes for some of the world's biggest technology, travel, and financial institutions. We create new, tailored programmes and rejuvenate the old.
We are working on behalf of two very large international financial institutions across global markets and we would like you to assist us in: research, merchant outreach, meeting management, client & partner meetings, report writing, and planning & strategy meetings.
The role:
This isn't a standard partnership marketing role, and it needs someone who thrives on building relationships, you must be comfortable face to face, on the phone and have a friendly, natural manner, we are looking for a go-getting, boundary-pushing, obstacle-demolishing character, someone who is always full of bright ideas and ready to pitch in to make the impossible happen.
If this sounds like you then we'd love to hear how you can help us to work on these exciting programmes. In return you'll be well rewarded, trained and mentored and encouraged to progress with the company. You'll be working closely with our Partnerships Director, your initial focus will be on:
- Developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing suppliers.
- Managing client accounts - to leverage benefits from existing partnerships and develop a pipeline of new partners.
- Assisting our Event Manager with logistics in the build up to key events.
- Assisting in the sourcing and development of partner contacts and source benefits/products/offers for third party clients.
- Working alongside the partnerships team to provide support to key client briefs and other related projects.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with third party clients.
- Develop and design strategic costed proposals for other potential clients and partners.
- Help plan, develop, cost proposals with the team delivering against target and time-frame.
- Network with client and business partners to understand business and meet new contacts. Attend relevant events and conferences.
- Attend and contribute to weekly team status meetings.
What we are looking for
- Experience ideally gained working in a partnership, marketing company or similar.
- Marketing, Business, International Business, PR, qualification although other relevant fields will be considered.
- Confident, outgoing personality and proven negotiation skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- A passion for digital marketing channels - so you can assist with company website, newsletter, and social media channels.
- Strong research and project management skills.
- A good understanding of partner programmes
- Understanding of how recognition programmes work, event planning and creation.
- Ability to successfully deploy partner programmes
- Team player
Other Information - Salary up to £25,000
Possibility for occasional travel outside of the UK.
