Skills Coach ( Full Time - Temporary )
Protocol are looking to recruit a Skills Coach to work in a vibrant part of Newcastle.
This is a full time temporary position for three months with a possibility for this to become a permanent position at the end of the three months.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced skills coach to work with Digital apprentices.
You will work closely with lecturing staff and other support staff to implement a wide range of support mechanisms that will assist individual learners to progress successfully through their studies.
Salary - £25.00 - £30.00 Per Hour plus holiday pay.
Role Responsibilities:
You will work with learners, their tutors and employers to ensure that they are best supported to complete all coursework in an appropriate manner.
You will meet with learners to assist with their development, both personal and academic.
You will be there to best support learners to achieve their best- always with the EPA in sight.
The person & qualifications:.
Experience in similar positions, or an excellent understanding of the apprenticeship journey.
You will have experience working with digital apprenticeships, ideally levels 3-7.
You will have excellent interpersonal skills and be an approachable individual to best support learners.
