In this role you will be the client interface for all bid requirements and will be tasked with developing the relationships with key framework stakeholders. As an experienced Framework Lead, you will understand that being on the supply chain is only part of the process to bidding and winning work, so we are looking for a construction professional who can develop long term, sustainable client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for being the lead on all the frameworks and managing the bid process for all submissions from start to finish. You will be accountable for securing a place on future framework tender rebids as well as, the internal framework document repository as the main chancel of knowledge sharing. Attendance at and co-ordination of 1-2-1 Framework Alliance meetings with the client whilst developing client and professional consultant relationships.
Deliver on undertakings and obligations of the framework agreements, including, but not limited to: participation, escalation/resolution, KPI reporting, financial performance monitoring and measurement, continuous improvement programme, liaison, governance and oversight of general administration.
In addition to the above, you will engage with wider sectors and framework leads to align and share best practice in response to evolving central government policy.
