Senior Electrical Design Engineer sought to join an international company of creative technologists, designers, architects, engineers, and analysts. Gain exposure working on a variety of interesting design projects in the built environment including mission-critical projects
Having established themselves as a major firm in the built environment, they have since won awards for their Innovation efforts. This firm is uniquely positioned in the built environment as they go out of their way to analyse and understand all of their projects from every angle.
Reporting to Principal Engineers or Associate Director(s) or Director(s), you will be responsible for the operational delivery of projects, and ensuring a high standard of engineering.
Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate projects to meet all required deadlines
Undertake engineering activities as required and where appropriate act as Design Team Leader
Implement and comply with quality management plans to support and contribute to the firm's long-term strategy
Inform, communicate and promote the standards required within our internal quality management systems
Continually improve standards and quality of designs to achieve successful design and delivery of projects
Requirements
BEng, MSc or have sufficient experience
MCIBSE /MIET or HNC/HND with appropriate experience or equivalent
Chartered or working towards
Competent in specification design/drawing for several building types within the following key sectors: Logistics Centres, Retail, IT, Residential, Commercial, Pharmaceutical and Education
