I am looking to appoint two Electricians on a contract with a large nationwide Subcontractor to look after their refurbishment projects in Leeds.
Typically, my client will work across a range of different projects across Care homes, Hotels and Universities.
We are looking for experienced, time served Electricians with experience on commercial and domestic refurbishment schemes. Ideally, candidates who have had experience working in Student Accommodation or other similar apartment type projects. Must have CSCS Card.
On this particular job, my client has been awarded the majority of the works completing all of the Joinery, Plasterering, Painting, Plumbing and Electrical package themselves. Due to the complexity, longevity and volume of work included on this, they are needing additional resource.
Standard hours are Monday - Friday 40 hours but weekend work is also available.
Sensible negotiation on hourly rate depending on skill set and experience. Must be able to provide demonstrable references for similar works.
