Summary
Gleeson Land specialises in land promotion by securing residential planning consents on land mainly in the South of England. Due to continual expansion, we are now looking for a Land Technician to join the Gleeson Land team, an individual with excellent IT skills, and able to work as part of a team.

Main Responsibilities
To work under the direction of the Land Director, Development Director and MD to assist in the acquisition of new quality Land Opportunities to supplement the existing Land Portfolio.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist the Land team in identifying new land opportunities (sites with the potential for planning permission for residential development);
- Map sites on our in-house mapping system, inputting relevant data;
- Produce maps for use in internal reports;
- Liaise with landowners, agents, consultants, and the internal Planning and Technical teams;
- Assist in the appraisal of new opportunities;
- Maintain and update land list of new opportunities;
- Carry out land registry searches, data entry and formatting as required by the Land team;
Update the Company website as necessary.
Ideal Candidate
- Team player
- Currently working for a Local Planning Authority, or another developer/promoter
- Able to navigate Council websites quickly
