Role overview
Breedon are currently seeking a Plant Operative to join the team at our Concrete Plant at Corby, Northamptonshire.
Reporting to the Site Supervisor, this position offers a challenging opportunity for an ambitious, dynamic individual with a "go-getting" mentality who wants to join a very personal and progressive company.
You need to be comfortable with a hands-on role and have experience of batching concrete & driving a loading shovel.
Your key responsibilities will be to batch concrete, drive the loading shovel and support the plant supervisor with the running of the Site.
This will involve housekeeping on site ensuring this is done in accordance with our safety, environmental and quality procedures. You will be required to be flexible in duties undertaken, carrying out other tasks on this site.
