Full time, permanent position - Based in the Luton 2 days per week and 3 days from home
Accounts Payable Analyst (Purchase ledger) required by market leading data analytics firm.
This is a great opportunity for an individual with Accounts Payable/Purchase Ledger experience to join a growing multinational business operating in more than 30 countries.
The role will be based on average 3-4 days from home and 1-2 days in the Luton office in Capability Green.
We are looking for applicants who have 1 year+ commercial experience of working in an Accounts Payable/Purchase Ledger capacity and that has ideally been within a Finance Team, possibly in a Finance Administrator capacity/credit controller.
You will be joining a thriving team that has been experiencing year on year growth.
The key responsibilities will include
- reviewing transactions and statements from suppliers
- ownership of supplier inbox
- liaising with customers via phone and email
- chasing supplier payments
Your job will also include identifying errors and omissions to determine whether claims should be submitted to the supplier on behalf of the Client and pursue any such claims.

What we are looking for:
The key skills required for the Accounts Payable Analyst are as follows:
- Experience of performing an Accounts Payable/Purchase Ledger role
- Ideally worked within a Finance Department and some Credit Control Experience although not essential.
- Some knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is essential
- Strong Telephone and Email communication
- Must be a good team player
