Facilities Administrator
Location: Northfleet Technology College - working from home will be possible once training completed.
Business Area: Kier Places - Facilities Management
Contract: Permanent, part time, 24 hours a week, 3 days between Monday to Friday, to be discussed at interview.

Kier Places are recruiting for a Facilities Administrator to be a part of delivering all operational requirements for our Facilities Management contract for our Greenwich Care Homes and Kent Schools contract.
Key Responsibilities
As a Facilities Administrator, you will be supporting the Facilities Manager and the Contract Manager by delivering day to day administration duties including collating monthly data reports, raising purchase orders and invoices. Completing and updating the overtime and working hours for staff, managing order supplies for resources within the office.
What do we need from you?
With a strong administration background, ideally, we'd like to see that you have experience in Facilities Management or PFI/School environment within a similar role. You will be able to demonstrate, computer proficiency especially in Microsoft excel, with strong organisational communication skills.
