Location: Tower Hamlets

Business Area: Kier Capital Projects - Cladding Replacement

Contract: Permanent, full time, Monday to Friday

Kier Places are currently looking to recruit an experienced Resident Liaison Officer to support the Contracts Managers and Site Managers with ensuring the business provides a customer focused service for all stakeholders involved on contracts in Tower Hamlets. As our workload is increasing, we are looking to expand the team, and we are now for individuals who have a passion for the project at hand, and securing work, whilst also being able to work as part of a closely knit team that has the opportunity to develop and control its own destiny. Key Responsibilities

The role of the Resident Liaison Officer is a vital one. For many residents you will be the first person they meet from Kier. Through your words, action and commitment to giving good service, an impression of the company will be formed in the minds of our customers that will directly reflect on our good name. It is Kier's belief that your role is one of the most critical within the site team, as achieving excellent customer relationships is a main route to repeat business.

You will facilitate the smooth running of projects by building and maintaining positive relationships between the residents, sub-contractors, client representatives and the Kier team.

Your main duties will include carrying out property condition surveys, establish each resident's requirement & detail the full RLO process, consulting resident representatives & groups, arranging works and surveys appointment. You will review and report on provision and satisfaction levels, to ensure exceptional customer service is being delivered.

What do we need from you?

To be a Resident Liaison Officer on this project, we are looking for those who have strong experience as a Resident Liaison Officer with a Planned Works background, as the nature of these projects are safety critical relating the recladding & construction works of high-rise occupied buildings. You should have a strong understanding of relevant legislation & compliance issues surrounding housing & property, with the ability to deal with sensitive & difficult scenarios.

Who are we?

The Capital Projects Team have a pipeline of opportunities to deliver cladding replacement projects to residential buildings across London and the South East. This is an established team with a track record of delivering high quality projects with high levels of customer satisfaction. You will be working on a portfolio of projects predominantly involving the recladding of high-rise buildings, in which, by their nature, are safety critical works and involve significant fire and general safety risk, with typical project values between £2m and £9m, and of a construction nature.
