Customer Care Co-ordinator Job in West Sussex
New requirement for a Customer Care Co-ordinator to work with a 5* housebuilder based in West Sussex. Basic salary of up to £31,000 + hybrid working + 26 days holiday and bank holidays.
One of the best housebuilders on the South Coast, is looking to expand its Customer Care team and is looking for a Co-ordinator to join them in West Sussex. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well known and well respected housebuilder on the South Coast.
Role & Responsibilities
- Record and action all of the customers queries after legal completion
- Organise diaries and arrange appointment for visit
- Keeping all customers information up to date and ensure these are given to the companies out of hours service provider
- Raising defect notices through the Customer Care database to all the relevant people
- Complete general administrative duties and co-ordinate queries with the Head of Customer Care and technicians
- Order materials with suppliers and log relevant incoming invoices
- Be able to liaise with other internal departments when required, to address a defect issue
Required Skills & Experience
- Have a good knowledge of Microsoft office
- Excellent communication skills and be able to liaise with everybody in the office and on site
- Brilliant customer service skills, make sure you're willing to got hat extra mile
- Extremely organised and have an eye for attention to detail. Also be able to manage your time efficiently
- Willing to be as team player by being flexible and getting involved in a wide range of tasks
- Ability to work on your own initiative
- Customer Care experience desirable
What you get back
- Up to £31,000
- 26 days holiday + bank holidays. This increases after years of service
- Hybrid working - minimum 2 days in the office a week
