Architect Job in Winchester, Hampshire

We are currently working with a busy architectural practice based in Winchester that is seeking a Recently Qualified Architect to work on a broad range or projects that include retail residential and leisure.

Based in the city of Winchester, the practice has a broad portfolio of work, including residential, commercial, retail, leisure, mixed-use and industrial projects, and range in value from £500k - £75 million. Due to a number or new projects including some high-profile ones they are now seeking an Architect to join the team.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Working on a mix of projects including residential and commercial with a focus the repurposing of existing buildings
  • Working on the production of design and technical drawings
  • Working directly with clients
  • Using Revit on all projects.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Part III Qualified
  • A track record of working within UK planning and Building Regulations legislation
  • Experience in using Revit would be essential
  • Ability to work across RIBA stages
  • Close to or able to relocate to the Winchester area.
  • Experience with commercial or Residential projects would be highly advantageous.

What you get back
