Key Responsibilities
As the Bid Director, you will co-ordinate and deliver work winning / bidding excellence in order to secure major projects (£100m+) opportunities within the Kier Strategic projects business, across sectors including (but not limited to) Custodial, Healthcare, Defence and Commercial. Reporting into the Head of Bid Management, you will lead and manage the bid team comprising design, submissions, legal, procurement, estimating and any other departmental resources as required, to properly complete the bid and secure a project.
