Breedon are looking for a part time Logistics Administrator based at Hope Cement Works, Derbyshire. This will be a fixed term post of up to 12 months, to cover Maternity Leave. The role will be 3 days per week (Wednesday - Friday), but you will also need to be available for five weeks of full-time holiday cover for other team members.
The key areas of responsibility:
- Providing administrative support to the Logistics Planning and Support Manager.
- Purchase Order processing for all Cement Depots.
- Drivers' payroll calculations.
- Goods receipting of materials and services.
- Dealing with purchase invoice queries.
- Processing self-bill tickets.
- Rail paperwork processing.
- Daily GGBS ordering and general administrative duties.
Required Experience:
- Strong administration experience.
- Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills.
- IT Literate with experience of using Excel.
- A team player.
- Flexible approach.
- Experience of working in a busy environment.
