Job Title - Data & Systems Co-ordinator
Salary - £24,191 per annum
Hours - 37 hours per week, all year round
Contract - Permanent

QRS are looking for a Data & Systems Co-ordinator to be responsible for the administration, maintenance and embedding of ProMonitor, Markbook and ProPortal Systems ensuring that assessment criteria is correctly set up to ensure progress reporting is accurate and timely.
Your main duties and responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to the following areas:
- Lead on the development and effective use of ProMonitor, Markbook and ProPortal
- Co-ordinate the compliance checks on the use of ProMonitor, Mark book and Proportal.
- Take a proactive approach to the functionality of ProMonitor and liaise with Advanced to be aware of future developments and evaluate the opportunities that may arise through a change in functionality.
- Investigate and develop reports which support quality and curriculum areas using ProMonitor and Markbook.
- Be first port of call for any queries on ProMonitor/Markbook and manage ticketing system.
- Manage and maintain Markbook facilities in Promonitor and understand the varying qualification structure that operates within courses.
- Design timely reports to support management ie PULSE, Progress Reports, Steps to Success and adhoc reporting to suit the needs of the organisation.
- Update the admin utility to ensure Promonitor and Markbook runs effectively.
- Run Progress Reporting meetings with Heads of Faculty and Curriculum Leads to ensure Progress review reports are produced in a timely manner.
What do we need from you?
- Educated to Level 3 in relevant subject area.
- IT qualification ECDL, CLAIT or equivalent in working knowledge.
- Good general level of education including Level 2 qualifications in English and Maths.
- Experience of using student information databases eg. Promonitor/ProPortal.
Normal working hours of 8.30am to 5.00 pm, Monday to Thursday, 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday Friday
